Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Appoints CFO for Newly Merged Corporation
Stamp Also Appointed to Company Board of Directors
FLORENCE, KY -- March 24, 2004 – Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today the appointment of Stephen A. Stamp as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stamp, who will report to Stefan Antonsson, President, Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, will also join the company’s board of directors. Xanodyne announced the closing of its merger with Integrity Pharmaceuticals in February.
Noted for his wide range of professional audit and corporate expertise, Mr. Stamp’s financial management experience includes public accounting in consulting and private settings. He began his career with KPMG in London, and subsequently worked in private-equity and corporate start-up executive positions at Lazard and as CFO of Shire Pharmaceuticals Group plc and Regus plc. He has a proven track record of helping to build a successful specialty pharmaceutical business.

A native of the United Kingdom, Mr. Stamp is a graduate of the University of Manchester and a Chartered Accountant.
